Separating our compliance function from the sales division ensures total transparency and that a specialist team is on hand when our clients need them.
As standard we guarantee to check a worker’s status against Right to Work, Children’s Barred List and perform a NCTL Prohibition check. We will also obtain a reference from their last education placement including, if different, their most recent employer.
We will also complete a number of additional checks including, but not limited to: ID; DBS and where applicable, Overseas Police Checks; Qualifications, including any from overseas; Full Employment History; and Address and Medical Fitness.
Whilst our comprehensive checks will ensure our clients are able to satisfy their obligations and requirements we pride ourselves on our service provisions and will gladly work with our clients where possible to incorporate any specific requirements into our own systems.
